1 HR CORE - Seller Financing Comparison 

Don’t you hate it when someone says you should do a Contract for Deed, i.e. Uniform Real Estate Contract, instead of an All-Inclusive Trust Deed and Note but you don’t know what they are talking about!? How should you know which one to use? In this class we compare the two types of financing and show how different they are. Both can have advantages, disadvantages, and pitfalls you might not expect. Get in the “know” and make an informed decision before recommending either of these types of financing to your clients.

This class covers the seller financing addendum to the REPC, different options for seller financing and how each type works. You will learn when seller financing would be helpful and potential pitfalls.

These are two separate classes that will be conducted consecutively, with one class immediately following the other.
